Every pallet, checked and signed.
We designed a mobile app that replaces paper manifests at the loading dock. Delivery agents scan and QA incoming pallets, consignees schedule and receive them, and every step ends in a clear pass, fail or signed proof of delivery.
PRODUCT RENAMED "PROOFLINE" FOR THIS CASE STUDY · CLIENT UNDER NDA
A distribution business moves thousands of pallets through delivery agents to consignees. Verification lived on paper and phone calls, so nobody could say with confidence what was received, when, and by whom.
We owned the UX and UI: mapping the verification workflow for both roles, designing every screen and state, and handing over a component-based design system for the client's development team.
One door in, two ways to work.
A short, illustrated onboarding and a simple sign-in, then the app opens on the right dashboard for the delivery agent or the consignee.

Scan, count, confirm.
Pick a pending manifest, scan pallet barcodes, enter received order and literature pieces (or one-tap "same as order qty."), add the date and time, and confirm.

From requested to proven delivered.
Consignees check each LBOL against the customer order, then move deliveries from Pending to Scheduled to Delivered, ending in a signed proof of delivery.

Designed for the bad days too.
Warehouses have patchy signal. Every empty, offline and loading moment explains what is happening and offers one clear next action.

A compact system of named colour and type tokens, plus cards, tabs, chips, inputs, sheets and toasts. It is shared across both roles and every QA and delivery state.
